They must have some kind of software that enables them to hack the game and slow or stop the clock, I remember that people were doing this on a Felix the cat comp once. Unfortunately, this seems to be how comps requiring leaderboard entries are often won. Luckily, this comp doesn't select the top 10 on the leaderboard, it is random from all entries.
