How to get cash from my credit card - AMEX

I've got a fair amount sat in my AMEX as i've been refunded for fraud.

Is there anyway to get thos money back into my bank account?

They should be able to issue a cheque upon request. Alternatively they may be able to transfer the funds directly to your Bank Account if you provide the details. Customer Services should be able to assist you in this request.
