Sec 75 help

I realise sec 75 exists but it states Consumer Credit Act 1974 so am I covered for goods paid for on a business credit card, or does the fact I am a business write off any sec75 rights that may exist? I am trying to claim for a friend who was duped by Black Pearl Marketing and as they are out of business ish, the only way left is credit card rights.
