Taxis Final Push!!!!

I have reduced my total to 15k and may even drop it to 10k in a few months time. I think the main thing at the moment is accepting that for now the days of earning enough to make massive overpayments are gone (this time last year I was paying double of my debts than I am now). In these times I am congratulating ourselves for paying all the bills on time and then the debts minimum payments - if we make overpayments great if not then at least everything has been covered.

When do the 0% finish and how much do you need put away by then? If you get it down on paper (doesnt have to be here if you dont want to) then maybe see how much you need each day/week/fortnight (whatever works for you) to put aside to cover them - then you should be able to figure out if it is a realistic aim or not?

I'm the same as you regarding making sure the bills are paid and minimum payments made.This isn't a problem luckily(at the moment)
Virgin is due by July and A+L by august.Plus tax by july.I will put the tax away every week anyway starting within the next few weeks.The figures are in my sig.
I have a few cards with nil balances on so maybe able to do something with them.
My fear is reading the CC boards MBNA type cards have put interest up to 34.9% on loads of peoples cards!!!...will just have to keep plodding on I guess.
I find it hard to work off a daily amount to pay off as I don't know what's coming in any day of the week and there are so many variable outgoings for the cab.
Things could be a lot worse though at least we can pay all outgoings at the minute.
We seemed to be able to pay loads more off last year though.

Am trying to do positive things so have walked to the bank today and also popped in to get an appointment to give up smoking.I have one for tomorrow morning and am also joining SW on thursday so that's a couple of positives.
We are all going out tomorrow for tea for mine and DHs birthday...DDs treat...so am looking forward to that.
Nothing debt busting going on except keeping head above water so as not getting into the o/d for more than a day....I have £15 in paypal to pay into bank....on £9 odd on one of the scratchies and due £250+ cashback from AMEX next month...so all those can go to the CC.

Thanks Dragon....Mr Taxi was 25th jan ..it's mine today.Will let BOB tell you the story ..it's nothing really but was fun at the time and kept me occupied.
