Thanks everyone....going to have a fab time.DH is in holiday mood now so that's great.I've just spent a couple of hours showing him photos on trip advisor..so he's getting excited now.
I plan on having a couple of drinks(at least) for each and everyone of you....lol...DH is impressed that they have optics in the room!!!!
If anyone wants to look up the hotel it's called RIU CANCUN,CANCUN MEXICO.
I'll miss you all while I'm away and feel guilty about having a holiday but am going to enjoy it.
I'll be about a bit tonight as we don't go until 4am.Need to have my shower or bath yet and do my hair.

That is a mega posh hotel, puts the one I stayed in Cancun very poor relation.

U both have a safe journey, and a gd holiday.

Give u a laugh, we came back today from break in Exeter, - back to Shropshire, what use to b a 4hr journey (200 miles inc 15 loo + newspaper break!), then after having dd extended stops, average 5 hrs, by the time u prat around at services, dont know whos worse her or my mother!

We broke our own world record - 10 hours..............yes 10 hrs, there been a big accident on the M5, between jct 16 + 145 closed both ways.

We decided to have an early lunch, got talking to this bloke who was hanging around services waiting for the rush to clear, he came in 12.30 and said theyve reopened part of the motorway, ok,....thought as accident was 9am, we'd be ok, it took 4 hours to go from jct19 to 16.......then they'd opened to jct 15 - M4 Wales turn off.......so we had a lovely diverson over the Severn Bridge, after doing the motorway services .......move I need the loo.... All I've eat is junk food, got to consume some calories........diet starts eventually! x

We always seem to get caught on that stretch of the motorway, luckily my bro lives nearby so is convenient.

Why should anyone think that about you Taxi? They only have to read to see how much you have cleared off and anyway it matters not a jot.IMHO, but i know what you mean.

Taxi, theres always going to be someone who says you shouldnt go on hol, even if you didnt have debts, but by god if anyone deserves a holiday its u and Mr Taxi. I only got "nosey" on the end of ur last thread, and have followed this one through all the posts, both u and Mr Taxi work ur backsides off, even with the recession u dont sit on ur bum and moan about the work, ur both proactive, you do a lot for your family, and the amount u have paid off ur debts you have done a damm gd job, and as ur thread says its the last push and if anyone has anything to moan at then they have the problem.
(Sorry rant over......) You both go and have a damm gd holiday and make the most of the all inclusive facilities, if you get chance to get out and about I can highly recommend the excurisons from think its called Ocean or Sea World, if your feeling romantic, (when I was there ok, back in 2001), I did a boat trip on a missipi steam boat, with meal and drinks, go around the bay of cancun, it was wonderful. x
