Taxis Final Push!!!!

Thanks M21...I think getting the house sorted is important as it was starting to fall down around our ears.While we have a good team of workers we might as well get on with what we can.Our boiler is about 12 years old now so need to save for that as we can't live without one of those and I'm guessing the parts will become obsolete soon.
Would love to be able to throw loads at the debt but that won't happen at the same time.
I've got a lot of the taxi stuff coming up soon as well,pits,badges ,insurance etc.

Morning all...hope you're all ok.A nice relaxing day for me today(hopefully)....no workmen today.
Need to pop out in a bit.Going to drop some bags off to the charity shop and then who knows.
I also need to book a massage sometime this month as my voucher is going to run out and I don't want to waste it.

The massage is the one DD bought me for mothers day..so no cost involved for me so very MSE.
Nothing much happened today ..so I had a nice peaceful day.
It's back to banging and mess tomorrow as they are doing the loft.

Morning all..hope you're all ok.
The joiner is here doing the attic.The flooring arrived at 8am and when he arrived he nipped out to get the ladders and hatch.He priced for a £100 pair of wooden ladders but when he got there he found the £250 odd ladders on offer at £150 so we have those now.So quite pleased with that.It only adds £50 extra to the job so well worth it.
Not a lot to report today so far.I really need to update my sig as my loan has come out today but the calculator is upstairs somewhere.So must remember to do that later.

Hi taxi. Glad to hear the work is all going well. Will the attic be a room you can use, or just storage space?

Hi Seaxwyn....just storage space at the moment but we are going to have a look up there when it's done to see whether it could be made into a room and then decide later on whether to have that done.The most important thing at the moment is to have the storage space.
I think DH would like it to be a office sort of space but all that's for a later day.
