A & L direct ISA issue 2

Options
I have a cash ISA with IF that is paying 4.55% would it make sense to transfer it to the Direct ISA issue 2 that pays 5.20% plus a bonus ?

If so can I transfer the whole amount which with interest is now over £4,400 or can I only transfer £3000?

If I read the info correctly I have transfer the funds directly and not via my current acc.

It's 5.2% including a 0.70% bonus. Only the bonus is guaranteed until the end of April 2007. The underlying 4.50% is variable, and it may stay at =BOE, or be changed at A&L's discretion.
