    Well they called and are coming out in 20 minutes but they told my fiance on the phone that it was not covered this is the engineer that came out yesterday

    Now they fixed the pump but didnt repair a leak or created a new one

    The engineer said we would have to pay again - the guy on the telephone this morning said org problem not fixed no further fee and when I called they said not to discuss money with the engineers

    They have already taken payment from my bank and if they take it again without me agreeing to it as they have not fixed the orginal problem i will be :mad:
    Needing to lose weight start date 26 December 2011 current loss 60 pound Down. Lots more to go to get into my size 6 jeans
