How long do train ticket refunds take?

Hey all
I bought 3 train tickets to travel on 24/11/08 from First Great Western website (tickets were to be collected at station). The train I had booked tickets for was cancelled due to signal failure, and so were the next 3 due to travel to my destination.
I spoke to the ticketing office at the station (Swansea) and was advised I could have a refund on the ticket price but as I had paid online by credit card it would have to be sent to their central office for processing. So I filled out form for refund to be processed and was told to allow 7-10 days.
Tomorrow it will be 14 days and still no refund. The copy of the form I have has no details of who to contact to chase it up.
Other than call into the station (which I can't do til end of this week) does anyone know how long refunds normally take? or who to contact (FGW? train station?)?
The tickets were only £12 in total so I'm not desperate for the money but have never been in this situation so not sure which way to go.
Thanks in advance
