It was fairly tough, but I am pleased with my time - my first mile was 10 mins dead and the second was 10:02 so I think I went off just a little too fast. Kept trying to tell myself to back off a bit but my legs were ignoring me!
But I am becoming a 10 ish minute mile jogger rather than the 11 min mile one I was a few weeks ago so am very happy with that!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
