i'm sure it will help ...wonder if it could do anything for my shoulder lol ...how was the partridge? and you said they dont cook anything processed does that meant the oxtail was fresh?

:wave: Helloooo! They really are old money, aren't they, partridges and two jumpers, I like it. My feet could do with a jumper of their own at the mo, actually, they've been freezing, and now that I've sat six feet away from the gas fire for about an hour, they're finally warming up. V cold out there!

The oxtail was delish - very simple, filling, and yummy! I will be asking my butcher for some at the weekend and will cook it myself next week
