That's classic! I love it! I shouldn't laugh though. My daughter wants to get a new hamster cage. She's drawn a picture of the cage and divided it into £1.00 squares (she's 9). I don't have the heart to tell her that I don't think the hamster will make it that long...it has a lump! xx

I feel very guilty for laughing.......but that is soooo funny!

DS is quite good at saving and all things moneywise - I suppose he has had no choice in our house! So he has most of the money already saved up in his bank account......

In other news, I may just have found another way of getting to the resort for our ski trip - I have booked the dirt cheap apartment already, but not yet booked transport.....and I think I may be able to save £200! Fingers crossed!

I still think you need to "patent" the squares idea, it seems to be catching on & now trickling down to DFW-er's children :T

In my experience, that rottweiler can resurface at a moment's notice....best to be safe!

Hypno- can you improve your throwing skills. I was sitting here minding my own business when a chunky kitkat hit me on the back of my head!!! I'd better eat it before it does off:rotfl: xx

Managed to go out this morning, tentatively walking in my pair of old mens Rockport shoes. Got to the gym and safely back.! Ache all over now!. From the gym not the ice. After a couple of days couped up indoors I was feeling a bit claustraphobic!.
Tried sitting in the front room with the twins and babies but babies want to climb on me all the time, and mums keep sneaking out for cigarettes and I was on my own, so I have decided to come up to my room, with a bit of TV and I am going to have another go at knitting a bit of my carrier bag bag that I am slowly doing. (I cut up one bag at a time, knit that then have to stop, and that takes me around about an hour I think!!). Determined to make a decent bag though! Still got enough carrier bags from my last shopping even though Mr A cancelled the delivery yesterday.
I had to go onto mysupermarket to reorder as Mr A had no record for me on thier website. Thankgoodness the other site did as it would have taken me another hour or two to redo it otherwise!. have to wait until Friday now, and the charges for that one are a £1 higher!

    oops, sorry mudbath! Bad aim!!

Well, I have had a seemingly very long day, though why it seems so long I don't know!

Still got to do my scratchcards from this morning, so will do those before I forget. Hope everyone has had a good day!
