Me too I'd swap the chores for a ski trip and thats with me never been near the slopes before!

my dd is off skiig next Saturday too. Expensive business this skiing lark Hypno I dunno how you manage it tbh. She is off to Neukirchen in Austria. Lucky beggar it looks fab. She is well excited and I am excited for her too. x

It is, indeed, an expensive hobby.......but sadly I won't be going this year - nor will DD....funds just won't stretch that far. Hopefully we will all get there next year - this year it is just DS off training, lucky git!

It certainly is. My DD is going next year but we feel like we've been paying for it for ages already. She was discussing dry slope lessons last week and DS's decided they'd want to go as well! That won't be cheap

Monday morning! Today is officially supposed to be the most depressing day of the year - so everyone's challenge today is not to be depressed. Happy, positive thoughts only, however difficult it may be!

DD is still poorly - temperature of 102 :eek: so she is off school today. So far she just has a fever - no cold/cough or anything, so we wait to see what develops.

OH gets paid from his second job today so I can do some number crunching re the shortfall we have today, and can hopefully make a small overpayment.

Scratchcards done - 20p........and I have a small loan repayment made today so that will be a little bit I can take off the debt

Sorry to hear that DD is not well, hope she gets better soon. There is so much going about at the moment, poor thing.

Well done on the scratchcards and DH getting paid.

I have read so much about the scratchcards and am intrigued, where can I find out some more about them? Everyone seems to be winning something on them even if it's only a bit.

Morning - have made a transfer to debt from Quidco and Amazon money that has arrived - only £15 but hey it all counts. :j

Sorry to hear DD is still unwell - must be doing the rounds as my DD is under the weather but is keeping going as she has a University interview on Wednesday. :eek:

Did a few Dooyoo reviews yesterday and will try to do two a day if I can - may take a while to earn the £50 but I will perserve.
