Well managed the school & swim run but that has taken all of my energy, dont think I will make it to work tomorrow but willmake the final decision in the morning. Going for a bath and then an early night so will catch up in the morning.
Hope you feel better tomorrow after your early night. Glad you want to clear your ir**ing mountain - I will be trying very hard!

Like your style Jayjay ... as far as I am concerned once it's ironed it's done - if it subsequently gets creased I don't do it ... and on the rare occasions the kids need something ironing urgently they get out the ironing board and do it themselves ... both DD and DS. While I do like ironing I do it at my own pace and not 'on demand'. Mind you there are times when I 'vet' the washing and if, in my opinion, the garment doesn't need washing it doesn't get washed. I know that DS in particular will put something in the wash rather than hanging it up to wear again. I also do not pick up the laundry from their rooms (floors!) and laundry not fit to go in the wash is handed back to them - eg socks to be put right side out, shirts unbuttoned.

I'm the same. I wouldn't mind if I was constantly scoffing biccies, chocolates, cake, etc, but I don't. Have you had your thyroid checked?

    What a stoopid question.. lol...
but.........if you dont eat enough your body starts to think there's a famine and so when you do eat it stores it all as fat to keep it going on the days when food might be in short supply - like a camel does with storing water for later use.
so by not eating enough calories you can actually put on weight.
    hope that makes sense!
    toots xx
ETA if you continually eat less than 1000 calories a day you will not lose weight - but you will lose muscle mass first!!! not good!!!!

On average I consume 1207 a day... BA (before alcohol)

A couple of years ago OH (Ashia's Dad) came running down the stairs holding a shirt that I had ironed muttering it was no good and ironed it himself - sufice to say but to this day I haven't ironed anything of his. I used to do all mine and the kids and leave his in the basket, now he just does it all - I bought him a lovely ironing press last year:rotfl: :rotfl:

lmao!!! hubby knws if sthg need ironing he can ask but i more than likely will say to do it himself, we're lucky (read as lazy) that if i hang up the washing quickly most of the creases drop out, and if they don't then body heat on the way to workdoes a good job ;)

Piece of pi$$... lol... I love presentations.. I hate writing them but actually doing them is a doddle... need to transfer to my 'completed assignment' file now ready for the moderators in June.. :D

My debt total has gone up due to christmas spending but only £1000 which is £600 LESS than last year and I had it all paid off by February so I hope I can get it sorted that quick again.

What strange sort of creature actually irons clothes? My mum is one of these strange sort. Sometimes the children's dirty clothes get left there and they come back clean and ironed! It's all very weird and I'm never quite sure what to so with them :rotfl: I shall do shirts for Mr G as he has to have ironed ones for work and I will do smart clothes if we have to do presentable but nothing else gets ironed here :o

Just done the washing up, have the dishwasher to fill now. Also found out tonight that DD1 was invested in Cubs! Shame we weren't told and allowed to go and see as we could for DS a few weeks ago. She's happy though and I just have 3 badges to sew on this time :D

Tempted to just drink my coffee and go to bed early though!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
