Problems with Jet Tec ML32 Cartridge / Lexmark X5495

I've tried 2 of these re-manufactured Lexmark compatible cartridges - won't work coming up as Left Cartridge incorrect. The Lexmark genuine one works OK - I can't imagine Jet Tec continuing to sell them if they were iffy so maybe a faulty batch. Anyone else had probs ?

Yes I had probs with Jettec recently on my HP printer.I previously had an Epsom and used Jettec with no probs.I now use HP originals and are having no probs. I even e mailed Jettec customer services complaining but never got a reply.

Don't know if this will help but I was having problems with my Epson R265 after changing one of the cartridges to Jettec in it -- I was informed that the cure was to ensure that for the FIRST time you use them it was necessary to change ALL the cartridges at once to Jettec's -- Did this and now I can use Jettec's with no problem just changing the one that runs out -- Dave

I've just tried jettec for the first time for my HP printer (F380) after using original cartridges for years. Sadly the black cartridge (M21) just wont work while the colour cartridge (M22) works fine. I tried all the solutions on the jettec site and the suggestion above. No luck!
Had to swing by the shops and pick up an original. Wont be using jettec again! On the plus side Costco is selling original HP cartridges at a very reasonable 10 pounds each in packs of 2 (20 pound total). The jettec cost me 8.92 plus 3 pounds shipping, although it is meant to hold more ink...

With regards to the intial question regarding the lexmark cartridge saying left cartridge incorrect this is down to electrical failure on the actual print head of the cartridge try to remove the cartridge and look for dirt are grease on the contacts clean with damp paper towel dry then try again.
