    basically:

missing two core objectives of my PDP, unacceptable levels of performance, lack of attention to detail, poor quality of work etc.

I thought it was getting better and felt good about this year but obviously it hasn't.

Have they got you on a formal warning already then?

Have they given you any support to improve any of those aspects?

I dont think then... in that case... that they can sack you...

If they haven't given you formal notification or put anything in writing....

That might be what they are going to do in your meeting, which still isnt great but better than getting the sack...

it's just the thought of the meeting that I'm scared about. I work next to my manager so the atmosphere isn't going to be good.

I have no excuses for my errors, I just hope it's a case of a warning and nothing else.

well I had my meeting and it was horrible :( couldn't explain why I made the mistakes, why my work still hadn't gotten up to the correct standard etc just kept saying that it had improved. Will by letter tomorrow around this time. Think it will just be a final warning but not sure.

I have been given a written warning and it will stay on file for 12 months.

    TSB OD saga

Looking on my credit report my OD is £205 and it was updated on 14th Dec 2008.
I got a letter last week saying they were unable to pay something and I wouldn't be charged this time (I haven't used the account in years) and my balance was £298 - strange.

    Today got statement thats reads:

    2 Dec 2008 Balance = 558.56
11 Dec 2008 Balance = 303.56 (SLC grant was paid in)
    6 Jan 2009 Balance = 298.50

How are these different? Also my SLC wasn't meant to be paid in to TSB, SLC got it wrong & I was told it was returned but I guess it wasn't.
