Remove varnish from Laminate flooring

Can anyone advise how to remove varnish from laminate flooring please? It is the uniclick stuff. Don't want to try using white spirit as I am worried this will take the sheen off the laminate.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The best thing to use is nail polish remover, one that has acetone in. 99p from boots.

Acetone in its pure form is a bit too aggressive. You could use white spirit but get it straight off or it can eat away at the surface.
