I believe do to the cold weather thats been setting in and carrying shopping. Is it too late for me to go to the docs etc to have it checked out, plus will i be given the time to visit

Errr, is it too late to see the doctors? They are there precisely to investigate pain.
I suspect you are asking can you still claim?0 -
If you're in pain then you should go to the doctor anyway. And I believe most employers are legally obliged to allow time off for medical appointments.
If this is something to do with making a claim against your employer then if you can prove that your employer was negligent, and that the pain you're experiencing relates directly to your accident, then the timescale is pretty big but, like I said, you should get along to the doctor anyway.0
