Blue Screen error

Hello,
I first started with a blue screen error message of
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
I read it could be down to faulty ram so used an old computers RAM and the error message changed to
0X0000007E(0XC000001D,OXF78D28EA,OXF78D27F4,OXF78D24F0)
So I'm guessing the RAM was the problem and now something else is? I cannot get to any screen even trying to access it through safe mode etc.
The only thing was that someone said they were installing updates and it said to restart now or later, they choose later and it seems to be linked to that update.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
Cheers
