Kwikfit tyre offer...VAT free
Appreciate this still won't be the best deal for most size tyres but for me it was..
After spending ages trawling through websites looking for the best deal on 2 x 255/35/18 Z tyres before Christmas i didn't manage to get them for less than £350 so decided to look again 1st Jan. Found Kwikfit had started a VAT free offer if you buy any 2 (or more) Michelins, Continentals, Pirelli etc.
I managed to save over £100 off their prices and this beat the other tyre sites such as blackcirle, etyres, etc. I also found that if you haggled a bit on the phone they would do free fitting, balancing and tyre disposal knocking another £15ish off. I ring my local kwik fit and they didn't have the Continental Conti-Sports in stock that i wanted, but they got them for me the same afternoon so i could get them fitted. I also got a free windscreen kit (not much but free!- include scrapper, screen wash and de-mister) when i paid.
Needless to say i was impressed and will use the same offer to replace the front tyres (diff size tho) next month. :j
