Family railcard code from MSE

Just had a response:

Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding the problem you had when attempting to purchase a Family and Friends Railcard. From our system logs we have confirmed that you attempted to use the promotional code 'EXPERT18' on Sunday 7th December. There was a problem as you attempted to use this code. As a gesture of goodwill we will honour the 25% discount by refunding £6 after you have purchased your Railcard. We are unable to introduce a new code to apply the discount upfront although we promise to process your partial refund within 1 working day.
If you wish to go ahead with this offer, simply order your card using the same email account that you used on Sunday 7th, and then email us again to confirm that you have taken up the offer. We will then apply the discount.
This offer is valid until 5pm on Friday 19th December 2008 and applies only to a 1 year Family and Friends Railcard.
