Right then... We need to know more information really such as:
1) Do you mean music that you've bought through itunes?
2) Do you know where the music is saved to on your hard drive?
Easiest way I imagine.. create a new folder on your desktop called "Music" or something of the like. (right click on desktop > new > folder). Open this folder but make it just a small window using the button inbetween minimise and close at the top right.
Do the same with itunes (make it a small window). Go to your library and select all music (CTRL + A together). With your mouse drag the seelcted music from itunes to the folder. This will copy all physical files into the folder.
You can then burn them to dvd, transfer them over a network, use an external hard drive etc to transfer them.
Obviously if you know where they're all stored already you just have to copy the folder. You can find out by right clicking a song in itunes and going into its information. If songs are stored in different places I'd advise my method.
Finally if the music is purchased from itunes, once you've added them to itunes on your new computer, you'll have to re-authroise itunes to your account to be able to listen to them thanks to DRM (digital rights management).
Good luck
