Automachron UK time synching

I'm using an old Win2000 pc and I want to synchronise the time with one of the UK time servers.
Not having any luck though. Has anyone got a working server?

net1.trinhall.cam.ac.uk
ntp.cs.strath.ac.uk
ntp.cs.tcd.ie

which protocol do i use?

    There are many Network Time Protocol (NTP) programs out there. I've used CMDTIME3 (download from here, near the bottom of the page. For a UK time server, why not use the pool: uk.pool.ntp.org ? This gives you one of about four available, each time.
