Totally agree. They are the worst company I have ever bought from online, don't get lured in by the competitive prices. I had bought an lcd television from them, which apart from taking weeks rather than days as promised, had a European power adapter. Apparently this is standard practice from this company as they are French, and the process is to buy your own adapter and send them the receipt.0

well it looks like I have a result :T
got a very apologetic email today from North European supervisor promising the refund would be sorted in less than 24 hrs.
and another from the Trading Standards Institute confirming they are in breach of the DSD by not refunding within 30 days.
fingers crossed have no more probs...0
