Thanks Andrea. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Thanks, Andrea!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

I feel sorry for them too. All these financially naive punters who had never heard of the last recession, who kidded themselves that boom would be followed by more boom... But, I draw the line at being expected to subsidise them. We might as well then give handouts to all failed small businesses - but obviously that would not be a vote catcher0 -

However, my research would tell me that in a downturn, let alone a recession, let alone a deep and prolonged recession, it would be likely that some, if not many tenants, would default at some stage in their contract.
What do you propose is the action taken on tenants that default?
and form when?:wall:
