Iva Possible If Debts With Dca?

Hi, can anyone please advise I am thinking I would like to start a DMP however I am boardering on entering in to an IVA cccs have recommended both - my question is if my debts get passed to dca's and i decided to enter in to an iva at a later date would I be able to do so or do the debts ahve to be with the original creditors?

It shouldn't make any difference, my debts had all been passed on to agencies like Credit Solutions Limited and Wescot, and my IVA was accepted.0

That's right it makes no difference. There's no problem entering into an IVA with DCA's. In fact they are more likely to accept as it secures their payments and they will get a damn sight more return from it than they laid out in the first place that's for sure:mad:0 -

As others have said, DCA's buy debts for literally pennies in the pound so are probably making a tidy profit out of an IVA arrangement.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
