Might get one of the One Green Bottle ones (mudpuppy) as well, to compare."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

Hi
I bought 3 bottles from One Green Bottle 2 years ago. We use them all the time and think they are great. They go in the dishwasher, the water doesn't taste plasticky if it gets warmed up and they don't break or split if they get dropped.
I bought some for presents last christmas as I'm on a mission to make the rest of my family toxin free!
I would definitely recommend them.

Hi,
I too was looking for bottles, both a good safe drinking bottle for myself and also some baby bottles for my LO.
I've started buying mine (I like the stainless steel bottles for me and glass Beaba baby bottles for my daughter) from a -free website called spam.
They actually have a 15% off everything offer on at the moment until 18/04/11,
I will certainly be stocking up on-free bottles while they have the offer on!
Just joined - 3 posts all the same Spam.0 -
Just make sure the stainless steel bottles are high quality, a poor grade can add an off flavor.
I still prefer plastic (nice to be able to see how much water is left through the bottle) and alternatives are available now that avoid BPA. Namely Eastman Tritan, which is a copolyester product. Nalgene has begun to use it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I read a lot about plastic water bottles that can cause health problems and alluminium bottles that could cause alzheimer so I've decided for me and my family to go for BPA free stainless steel water bottles only.
My vote goes to Green Bottle as they got great designs and they are much cheaper than the Klean K. ones plus they come with two caps. Very fashionable product and great for both kids and adults!0 -
Amazing how many first time posters join MSE especially to promote 'Green Bottle'.
