facebook only showing text based page

Of late when trying to access Face book I'm only getting a text rendition of the page - no images, no layout
Bit like its not read the CSS data?
Happens in both IE and Firefox - but only on this one PC, other is fine

No other sites I visit have a problem

The problem pc has recently had XP re-installed, on auto update, so should be all up to date

Any suggestions please

  • It ok now.
    sorted it as follows

The css files are located here -
    http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/zAKEX/lpkg/dvjx........
If i put that full address into browser add bar to try to load it, it triggered my K9 web protection warning as "social networking" and was blockedb which was odd
    1. because I had already cleared "Facebook" with K9
    2. K9 is not warning when that url is used to access CSS file, but only if the url is used directly
