I'm back. Spelling it all out seems to have motivated OH to get his act together and 2 hours out has seen quite a bit of progress, although I was being whinged at as he left to take the old carpet he has got up to the tip (slight lack of time today and as I haven't been able to get the wood yet, I can't put the carpet in and then the wood as well!!!)
Sammy - if the decision has made you feel better, then it sounds as if it is the right one for you. Doesn't matter if you do it all slow and steady.
I have tonnes to do. AQA, make sure I have everything ready for tomorrow ( I am quite concerned about what I'm teaching tomorrow - it's not long ago I was too scared to present and here I am telling 17 people how to do it!) and I have this cooking display to sort.
My ex has told me there is a part time vacancy going at his school to teach ICT. As it's a private school, a PGCE isn't needed, so I might drop my CV to the Head - my IT skills are good, and as my last job was 50% webmaster I reckon teaching GCSE IT shouldn't be too hard. They also had a drama position going for just a few lessons and interviewed but only had 1 candidate. I wonder if they appointed - my degree is in drama...."Stay Wonky":D

BB, GCSE IT is very simple unless they've changed the spec recently, it's just Microsoft Office based. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
