Spray Paint on Roughcast Removal?

On my garage. Any ideas? Thanks.

    I think i would start by trying a power washer, but if your whole garage is painted it's going to be a long tedious job cleaning it.

    I take it that by 'spray paint' you mean chav scum graffiti?

    Cellulose thinners or paint stripper, brushed well in, then pressure wash off before it evaporates/dries out.

    Make sure you wear appropriate PPE for this job. It will tell you on the bottle of thinners.
