River Island discount

Hi,

I have seen a gorgeous jacket that i would like to buy my husband for xmas at River Island but at £90 is a big expenditure. They seem to be the only store in the country who are not having a sale.

Anyone know of anyway I could get some sort of a discount at River Island? Have searched the forums and it seems they are not very forthgiving with discounts, vouchers, codes etc

River island never have any discounts. Only have a sale which starts on boxing day. And its well worth the trip.

I wouldn't buy anything in RI at the mo - as emma-jane says, the sale starts boxing day and most of the store stock is half price.

Will they have the sale online as well?... I have my eye on a few items too.

yup, sale in RI will start boxing day, but there could be one on acessories and or shoes starting a few days before-keep your eyes peeled- I used to work there, and for 4 years running, this is how the Xmas sales there worked.

Apparently the River Island online sale starts Monday 22nd Dec.

simple - buy the jacket at full price and when u see it in the sale buy it again and simply take it back with full priced receipt

Just managed to grab a few bargains
