Hi all

DD1 has asked for a cd/radio for her 'S' reg Clio for Xmas and I have found this one on Amazon that looks quite good for a budget option

http://www.amazon.co.uk/JVC-KD-G351-Player-InUSB-Front/dp/B0012PWR8K/ref=pd_cp_ce_1?pf_rd_p=136153791&pf_rd_s=center-41&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B001218SHS&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_r=05SV94QKMK9W9Q30Y6BT

My question is, if we fit it will the controls on the steering column still operate the radio and if not, does this mean we have to go to Renault for a replacement

Thanks in advance

You need to buy an additional kit for the steering wheel controls for about £30 - £35. These are available from Halfords or web stores like Car Audio Direct.

Does it say Tuner List on the radio front?. If so I have an as new Sony 6 CD autochanger with the neccessary Connect 11 wiring adptor to maintain the remote controls. This was fitted to the standard cassette radio in the wifes 52 plte Clio that we changed last week.

This unit does not replace the original, it simply connects to the ISO socket on the back of it and fits under the passenger seat or in the glove box for added security. Retains the original look so no additional theft issues.
