cost of getting rid of smoke damage

I posted earlier on this forum but things have moved on a bit. The landlord has come round and is willing to sort out financially - i need to do costings but not sure how much! I would need to replace bedding, curtains, repaint the walls (the floor is floorboard, no carpet) and think about other ways of getting rid of the smell maybe using professionals? Has anyone experienced this and knows how much these things cost so I can send a list to the landlord??

I have no experience of smoke damage but I do know that companies such as Chemdry and Munters provide services to insurance companies for such work. I believe they also provide their services to private individuals as well so you could give them a call for a quote and advice.
Edit, I think Chemdry do smoke damage, they certainly do flood damage but Munters do smoke damage definitely. There will be other similar companies I am sure0 -
surely if he didnt want you to smoke it would've said non-smoking in contract?
Ootherwise isnt this wear and tear? :P Just read other thread... misinterpreted your post as smoking damage not 'fire smoke' damage.0
