saw couple days ago warning of continuous credit and its risks but cant get back to it.

Only ways I can think of to do this is by credit card cheques (which often have big charges attached) or by doing a super balance transfer to your current account then paying by conventional means.
In both cases though the transaction may not qualify for cashback or rewards though if that is the reason for wanting to do it.
If you can't afford to pay utility bills without using a credit card you should really get some debt councilling. You don't want to be spending the next 20 years paying off this years phone and gas bills.

i repay my amex and alliance money back cards each month.
just wanted to tweak that £80 - £100 yearly moneyback payout a little further
