Greasy Palm - dissappearing cashback

This morning a large chunk of my Greasy Palm cashback rewards vanished from my account. Everything from 07 Nov 2005 onwards has gone. Is it just me or has this happened to any other Greasy Palm users?

Gone again this morning but message on Greasy Palm site says:

Over the next few days you may notice your account fluctuates with cashback credits being removed from your account. Please don't panic! We are re-running cashback calculations to remove some duplicate transactions in the system. This will be resolved in the next couple of working days, please do not raise a support ticket, we will update this message when the process has been completed.

The Greasy Palm website message has now gone so I guess they have finished all their messing around (it did say they would be done by the 16th Jan). I still have 2 items which have vanished and not returned. Suggest other Greasy Palm users check their rewards in case they have cashback which has vanished too.

My cash back also dissapeared, I complained and they said it would come back, however it has not and they are now ignoring my e-mails, has anyone else got problems? Has anyone heard if they are in trouble and may not be able to pay out? I'm not going to use it for a while until it reconciles and pays out again.

I raised individual help tickets for the cashback which had vanished, and have now got it all back. You might have to give them dates, amounts, and order numbers though. How glad am I that all my Greasy Palm purchases are logged in a spreadsheet

Rewards from new purchases are appearing so from that side of things, everything seems back to normal.

As for 'are they still paying out'. I will know in a couple of months because I should have enough accummulated reward for a payout by then.

I received a payment from them last week so it appears to be ok. my cashback vanished and then reappeared a few days later all by itself. There was a message on their homepage saying that they had a glitch and that it might happen to some people.

Made two purchases from Dell in December with cashback of £20.00

These went missing during there 'engineering works' and have yet to come back. I'm sure it is just an admin oversight - but my patience will only extend until next week......

My £70 has disappeared that I earned as a result of a purchase of Lloyds TSB car insurance. It was visible in my account for some weeks but has recently disappeared. I have raised a ticket.

All of the smaller earnings appear to be present.
