After finding out that a pair of slippers recently purchased had two right feet instead of being a pair (they were attached to a hanger with a kimble gun so hadn't got mixed up by a customer), to save us a 120 mile round trip to return them for exchange, BHS at Wrexham are posting us out a replacement pair.
