Hello,
I've just searched in my uni library catalogue but they don't suscribe to this journal, neither in print or online.
Your best options might be:
- tracing the author's contact details to get in touch with him so he could either send you a copy of the article or tell you if it's been reprinted in a collection of essays on a specific topic published as a book
- discussing with your subject librarian - depending on the importance of the article to your essay and the time you have left to prepare it - so you could ask for interlibrary loan.
Good luck !

I've just been searching and haven't found the journal article yet... will have another look in a min. Meanwhile I found this book which looks pertinent to your study... don't know if you've seen it already, it references adolescents too.

Had a look but can't access it either.
Hope you can find a substitute paper or the actual paper somehow. I know the frustration of not being able to access a paper!
As someone has said, if you ask your librarian they may be able to get it for you. Also if you have a tutor whose looking over your project, they may have some budgets which they can use to pay for your paper.0 -
Hi again,
I still can't find access to the journal article you want but have found another article by the same author entitled,
Comprehensive Versus Selective Primary Health Care: Lessons For Global Health Policy
Lesley Magnussen, John Ehiri and Pauline Jolly here:

hope that helps“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

it looks like the publisher hasn't made this journals fulltext available online so the best bet would be the librarian and an interlibrary loan as mentioned above0
