Found a new one today - Tesco Brie Cheese SEL £6.06 kg, pkt £7.26.

There were two types of Tesco Brie and this was the ripe, ready to eat one. Also got Tesco Finest Rump Joint £6.88 and £5.88 and sirloin steak that has already been mentioned. Couln't help pointing out another SEL to the CS for pork stir fry (I think) was £1.74 NOW £1.79  .

  • ooh - my first ever post on this board so be gentle with me!

'paint your own mugs' (would make nice standby gift) - SEL says £1.98, the ones in white boxes are scanning at the old price of £3.97. Got two free after short debate with customer services. Be careful you don't pick up the blue box ones if you want a freebie, as they are scanning at the correct reduced price of £1.98.

I'm very excited as I wasn't even looking for a freebie - just thought they were worth £1.98. In my pre-MSE days I probably wouldn't even have bothered checking my receipt...

Healthy Living Pork Mince 500g - Has an SEL that says "was £1.74" (or similar), "now £1.34" - The pack is priced £1.74 and scans at that price too, which was nice

Tescos have recently pulled a fast one on everybody with their recent 25% off all meat offer as the prices of dearer cuts have risen by 40 -50% now the offer is ending.

Shot themselves in the foot though !

Fresh British Beeef Sirloin Steaks, £10.98 kilo on pack, SEL £8.23 per kilo.

Last 4 single steak packs R+R £13 no problem but SEL removed , CS gave me a " knowing smile " look in you store, could be nationwide !

can I just remind everybody once again that this thread is only for posting new misprices that you see. It's not to post that you did or didn't get a particular misprice or about any trouble you might have had with CS.

I've had another clear up of the posts that aren't misprices or are duplicates of ones already posted.

    Dudes,

    More meat:

Lamb chops - green labeled packs - 5-6 chops.

    Pack - £6.xx per kg - SEL - £5.xx per kg.

    Mint-sauce-tastic.

James Patterson's Honeymoon (book), stickered at £2.96, scans £3.73 (think this was originally around a while ago, but first time I've spotted it in my local store)

Beef rump steak - small packet SEL 6.98 packet 7.98
pork shoulder medium joint SEL 2.39 packet 2.79
Scottish beef ribeye steak tesco finest SEL 9.89 packet 10.99

I found the differences are on the size of the packets i.e small wrong but medium ok - so check the prices on each size

    Had a good day - £28.00 refunded

Had to laugh cos the small rump steak was checked and said per kg price correct - I said no its wrong, so checked it again and apologised cos they were looking at the price on the medium pack which was correct.
Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T

Seacroft Tesco - all beef wrongly priced, could have had a freezer full today, some doubt as to whether the SEL was removed so get there quickly, got a very restrained £24 or so refund
