frozen deserts 2 for £3.00 Black forest gateaux and strawberry pavlova not going through. nearly missed this as I only noticed the discount had not come off it when checking the receipt as I got loads of things for a party

Spotted Packs of Youngs Hot and Spicy Prawns this morning. Yellow SEL shows special offer of #1.49 per pack, which I think is half price. There were two packs at the back of the freezer marked as 'Buy one get one free'.

These went through the till at #1.49 each, and not BOGOF. (As i guessed would happen).

Customer services lady couldn't understand why it had not come up as BOGOF!! Got my R&R with no hassle.

I was in the pre-packed fruit section in Tescos (Reading) today and picked up 3 plastic boxes of:

Melon, Mango & Blueberry (380g) - Stickered £1.99 (Save 50p) - charged £2.49 :T

I got R&R no problems :j !

Tesco Medium Chicken, out of weight band (max is 1.69KG), weight was 1.754KG. So was charged 1.82/KG, should have been large chicken price 1.80/KG.

Haven't been to Tesco for over a month, CS lady recognised me, called manager to say same customer back with same price errors. Most apologetic, have offered to call me to explain why errors haven't been corrected - result.

Also - Tesco Fresh British Lamb Loin Chops (2 in pack), SEL 10.48/KG, Packet 10.99/KG.

Full R&R.

Healthy Living chicken breasts...pack of 2...SEL price £9.44 kg and pack price £9.81 kg. Got 6 chicken breasts and full R&R of £7.87!! CS lady not very happy tho...said people like me cost Tesco millions every year. can't understand that as its their policy to refund if they overcharge you.....and it was only my first R&R!! made me feel really guilty :mad:

Tescos Finest Silverside joints product label 3.31 a lb yellow sel 2.85 lb.

Couple underneath with the 2.85 price on most with the 3.31.

Must be change over price time.

Got 2 joints £16 refunded.

Philips Senseo coffee pods

SEL £2.08, huge flag attached to shelf (not a normal yellow barker, a huge flag!) saying reduced from £2.08 to £1.98.... scanned at £2.08

The CS guy said he couldn't see the reduced flag so had to walk with him to the aisle and point it out, so he took the flag down.
