I am having a new computer built and it looks like certain product keys for installed games have been lost. Is there any software I can use for retrieval?

Do you not have the manuals/jewel cases with them on? You could try belarc advisor www.belarc.com which is usually quite comprehensive in detailing installed software.

I thought the same as you at first until I suddenly remembered Belarc not only lists your hardware but your software with their keys. It doesn't necessarily pick up all software which is why I wasn't sure it'd work for the OP. Used it myself to just printout the list and use as reference for future reinstalls etc without digging around for the CD keys again.

Although on a general note I do tend to buy more and more of my games as downloads (steam etc) which definitely has the huge advantage of doing away with serial keys.
