Fixed Rate Mortgage Help

But you are asking for support when you are doing better than most...!
Thats like a person trading their mansion for a 4 bedroom house and seeking support from a homeless person.. salt in the wounds! :doh:0 -
hope i dont hear any of you lot bleeting how badly you are done by in the future ,
i was looking for a little support , not a firing squad
what's the point in giving you support when what you want is completely unrealistic? Over the term of your mortgage it is swings and roundabouts anyway - the first time I fixed it was a bad move as rates went down afterwards, second time it was a good move as they went upwards. Now I'm on the SVR and who knows whether that is wise or not over the long term.0 -
See NEAS reply that somes it all up .
BAIL OUT BRITAIN its all going the same way and its all coming from the bucket of same people .0 -

Over 10 years I'd be very surprised if you dont make back what you're losing now. Interest rates will rise again over the period you have your fixed deal for and you'll probably be better off fixed at 5.29% than a tracker at say 1% above base rate for the same period. These rates are to sort out the economy, they are by no means permanent!0

Why should i have to help bail out someone who has gone ton holiday two to three times a year.. using their mortgage as a cash source.
They borrowed the mony they should pay it back, i shouldnt be forced to chip in for their stupidity... but i am doing as i aint got a choice.0 -
