Phones 4 U - Rude Staff

Me and my mum were in one of the Phones4U stores in Hull on wednesday. A female member of staff came up to us as soon as we had stepped throught the door and asked if she could help, we said we were happy just looking thanks (because we were more than happy looking on our own). We walked around the store and quickly decided we didnt want to buy a phone from them, but as we were leaving my mum heard the woman that had offered to help laughing with a male coleague because we couldnt find what we were looking for. Her exact quote was "I love it when they cant find what they are looking for".

She didnt consider the fact that due to the poor range of phones in their store we were leaving beacuse they didnt have what we wanted anyway. I am now very glad i have never spent any money in a phones4U shop.

I think these sort of things you just have to write off as a pretty pointless person getting pretty pointless entertainment out of nothing.

I went into a Phones4U the other day. Shop assistant approached and asked if she could help. Yes I said, I'm looking for a new phone. Oh right she asks, what do you spend on calls per month £50, £100?

About £10 every 3 months I said, at which point she actually walked away.
