Windows Explorer opening on startup

A few days ago windows explorer started to open to my C:drive on start up. It isn't in my start up folder and I can't understand why. Any ideas? I have AVG installed, MS beta anti-spyware, Ewido and spyware blaster, all are up to date and no signs of any spyware or viruses?
