Dyno rod - Horrible job well done

Probably the worse kind of job in the world.

Yesterday found that there was a blockage in my drain, couldn't clear it, and resorted to the above. I've used them (the Dyno brand) for lock replacement, so it seemed sensible to go with the brand again.

Guy turned up within an hour, did things with my drains up to his armpit, and within an hour, the problem, which was truly awful (I can't overplay this) was gone.

He checked the fix. then double checked it, then triple checked it. It went well over the hour, and I wasn't charged (the call centre don't tell you about a £18 per 15 mins after the hour charge)

all throughout, he was friendly, and polite. refused a drink when offered, and did a first class job.
