i got 5 click throughs, didn't get john lewis. i tried the links but my points weren't added, i had to go through the website to get the points.

after a few ignored emails about my missing boots voucher i did eventually get the points credited back to my account, no reply to my email though. i ordered a pizza hut voucher and my leisure voucher arrived after a week or so so i assume they have them in stock.

(Sorry but I edited your post so it wasn't as long for my reply)

If you don't have a mobile then email them with your name and address details (and I think maybe DOB?) and they can validate it manually. You can try and validate your account again as it will send you a different code - perhaps see if it works this time?? HTH
