Just following on from my post yesterday...

I printed out a HUGE amount of your queries yesterday before I went home and there are a LOT. So it will take me a while to get through them.

I'm checking all the problems and will let you know in due course. Until then I'll have to ask you bear with me - I should have the answers for you on Thursday by 12, or before (I have to go home some time too you know). ;)

We are improving things. The bug with everyone coming from London is fixed, we have new rewards going live this week and other feedback and suggestions are being worked on. I sound like a broken record sometimes "bear with me, it'll get better I promise" but sometimes you have to have a little faith...

All the people who are so incensed and annoyed and aggravated by us - thanks for the feedback and maybe you should take a break from us - come back when you want to if you want to. I can't wave a wand and fix all the problems immediately. I can't make points suddenly appear in your account and give away what is ultimately profit for the company to keep you here - not yet anyways. We have a lot of work to do, but we're doing it!

Everything I have promised to do I will do, as soon as I can. Unfortunately events blindside and prevent things from happening even when I'd like to (and I know this comes down to better communication between us etc) but it's important to keep these things in perspective. Things could be a lot worse.

That, dear diary, is my thought this morning :p

PS my private PM inbox is full at the moment but will get around to dealing with it hopefully this afternoon!

Would people here be interested in having flight vouchers as one of the rewards from PB? I'm thinking of the no-frills airlines, like Ryanair, EasyJet, Flybe, BMIBaby, etc., etc.

I would be very keen to take advantage of, say, £10 vouchers for some of these airlines.
