You could just ask them to change your account to a normal non premier current account.
There is no min monthly funding for that account, and wouldnt cost you anything per month. You would also keep the same account numnber, sortcode and debit card etc.
I did that with my Premier account, and it was just a phone call.
Reason i did that with mine is that i dont fund mine, as its used as a second account.
