SAAS payments into wrong account

ok so for the past 4 months my saas loan payments have been going into the wrong bank account every month, they are going into my old student account which i am currently trying to pay off.
And my bursary payments are going into the right account!
i have phoned them every month since August when i got my first payment, they take a note of the bank details and say it'll be sorted for next month.
Now my loan and bursary come in on the 7th of every month, but this month the 7th falling on a sunday means i get it tomorrow, the 5th.
I just know thats it's going to be in the wrong account again!
I hate the hassle of having to go down to the bank, explain the situation, have the teller have to search for my account, as i have had the card taken off me, and have to phone for authorisation to give me my money out every month!
arrggggh it's so annoying, and i don't have time to do this tomorrow!
Any advice on what i should do about saas, as phoning and talking to them doesn't seem to work!

Put it in writing... make it very clear exactly what you want changed and that you have been trying to get it changed for months and that you're very unhappy about it. Just be as polite as possible. Once things are in writing (email AND send a paper copy) then they become much harder to cover up.The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.0 -
Yeah, write to them and explain what you want done. You should also have got a form asking if your bank details were still the same, at least I got one. I filled that out and it was done fine.0

SAAS passed all my details over to the Student Loan company, but they are still putting it in the wrong acount.
And it went into the wrong account today! So now i have to go down to the bank and take out my £134!0 -
I have finally managed to get a reply from SAAS and Student loan company!
so they had the right bank details on file, but no one had actually linked them up to my payment schedule! ARGGGHHHH
So fingers crossed for next week!0 -
