Bankruptcy not being dealt with properly

I have a friend - honestly it's not me - who was married and was made bankrupt. She has now had an automatic discharge. She had a very well paid job but may have claimed to have been unemployed and d   uring the bankruptcy she may not have declared everything to her trustee and put things into her husband's name and into his account. She now wishes to divorce him. If - as is possible - he turns vindictive and reports all this to the trustee [despite being "slightly" involved] has anyone any idea what will - practically - happen?
Legally she could go to prison but - in practice - will anyone care?
Happy New Year to all...I am sorry for the two blue things I do not know how they got in

Both your friend and her husband will have to face the music if they are found out.0
