I ordered online tonight as its a large site I took my time as I was browsing I ordered 3 cds among other things then I get this message in red print.:mad: what a

Pretty much what Woolies have done today. Increased prices then put a sale on. Cant really blame them though! M&S Unforgiveable

I could understand if this happened at midnight, when the sale ended, but 9pm. that's outrageous.

No there were exclusions, however, it seems these prices changed after they went in the basket. Also, it said that to qualify for the discount you had to enter a code at the checkout, so assuming the 20% came off then. I don't really see why the price went up? Maybe it was in readiness to bring it down again with a big SALE fanfare:rolleyes::D

LOL that's just awful. This isn't just any 20% off sale - this is M&S 20% off sale (please note prices are the same as any other day, except for days prior to sale when prices are 20% more).

Yeh... M & S mince pies were 2 for £2 before the 20% day now £1.59 each packet.
